Vivien Sárkány is an animation graduate from Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design in Budapest, Hungary. After completing her degree, she moved to Java on a scholarship to study culture at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts, Surakarta. She then settled in Bali, where she further explored her passion for visual arts and experimented with different techniques. After this eight-year chapter in Indonesia, Vivien moved back to Hungary, where she continues her creative journey.
Vivien became drawn to illustration as a new way to fulfill her interest in storytelling, creating new worlds, places, and characters, and watching them come alive. Inspired by all living things, she tries to capture the beautiful little moments of life in her art.
